In August, web cartoonist “The OATMEAL” launched a crowdsourced fundraising campaign in the hopes of turning Wardenclyffe, Nikola Tesla’s former lab, into a museum. While it’s hardly a replacement for a true scanner — especially in low-light conditions — “CamScanner” is the sweetest stand-in you’re bound to find.
